Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via most efficient means. Some items may have special delivery options associated with them. Orders will have delivery charges.

Deliveries will be made between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Backordered items or CBO items will be held for seven business days. If after seven days we are unable to complete the order, you will be notified that we are canceling those items.

Orders placed on weekends and after 4 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. If there is a delay in shipping your merchandise, we will contact you.

APO & FPO orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Additional postage charges will be applied.

Attention off-shore customers (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands): Items will take six to eight weeks for delivery due to distance and shipping priority.

What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?
In some instances, products listed in the Suburban Water Technology, Inc. catalog may be temporarily out of stock. If that happens, the available items in your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Backordered items will be held for seven business days and you will be contacted with a shipping date if we are able to fill your order. If after seven days we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you that we are canceling the order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Suburban Water Technology, Inc. purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money. Electronics must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Suburban Water Technology, Inc. will not accept returns of opened electronics packages unless defective. Electronics that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.
